The region is the historic home of Hoodoo and Louisiana Voodoo, which the Rougarou's employ to great effect. Using a myriad of materials, rituals, and techniques each operator contributes their unique abilities and knowledge to their pack.
A pack consists of 14 individuals filling 7 roles. These roles consist of: Chasseur, Goliath, Rootworker, Farouche, Conjurer, Witch Doctor, and the Madame/Monsieur. Each role is filled by a human operator and a transformed partner. The human operator provides firearm support, communication, and grounding for their transformed partner while the active Lycan partner contributes the strengths and abilities that accompany their state. Using their unique skills and powers, each Rougarou plays a specialized role among their pack mates that are utilized as needed.
